Spend time with my two young daughters and husband, run, strength training, walk. Movement is my happy place!

Dentist-I loved my childhood dental experience. I latched onto dentistry and never looked back!

Try bold things-step outside your comfort zone now and then to spice it up!
Put yourself and well-being towards the top of your priority list to be the best parent, spouse, and person you can be.
Move your body-if I ever sense my energy tanking I tell myself to move for only 5 minutes-which turns into much longer most of the time.
Take care of your body-you get one chance to fuel, replenish, and love your body- treat it right!
