On-Location Team Headshots for Milwaukee-Area Businesses

Ever REALLY look at your company's team page?

It may look something like this:

One person's photo is a glamour shot from 2015. One is clearly cropped from a group photo (you can see a stranger's shoulder). One is just... missing, replaced by gray initials. And somehow this is the page your future clients and hires look at to decide if you're legit.

That's fixable in a single morning. I’ll even bring the studio to you.

On-location headshot days are one of my favorite things to do, because the hardest part of getting a whole team photographed is the logistics, and I take that off your plate entirely. I pack the lights, the backdrop, the whole setup, and I show up at your office, whether you're in Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Wauwatosa, Waukesha or somewhere else. Your people rotate through a few at a time. They’ll each spend less than ten minutes in front of the camera and get back to work.

Here's what makes it actually work instead of turning into a chaotic afternoon.

Everyone's headshots match. Same lighting, same background, same style, so your team page looks like one company instead of twelve people who've never met. That consistency is the entire point, and it's the thing a phone-in-the-conference-room approach can never quite provide.

I keep it moving. I’ll provide the schedule, appropriately timed based on the size of your group and the amount of time we have to work with. Whether we choose to have them sign up in advance or just show up when they’re ready, it all goes so smoothly.

Everyone leaves happy. I'm good at getting a nervous accountant to laugh and look natural in the few minutes we've got. Nobody dreads it the way they think they will. I promise. And when they’re done, they get to pick their favorite for retouching. (Yes, that means you don’t have to be the go-between any longer!)

New hires aren't stranded. I am happy to become part of your company’s onboarding process. We get future team members matched to the same look so the page stays consistent as you grow.

You send the calendar invite. I handle everything else.

Amber runs Water Doctors. She'd been "meaning to update the team photos" for years. We knocked it out in one morning before lunch, and their site went from embarrassing to sharp by the end of the week. Be like Amber.

If your team page makes you quietly cringe, that's your sign. Let's get a date on the calendar and make it easy.
